All Urban Alchemy pieces are 100% guaranteed! Every precaution is taken to ensure that your crafted piece is handmade to utmost “perfection”. In saying this, mistakes happen – the good news is that I honour and guarantee my work and will fix any mistakes/discrepancies free of charge!

Exchange/Return

If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied or over the moon excited about your Urban Alchemy purchase, you can return your piece within 14 days of receiving it. After those 14 days please contact me and we can work out a credit or exchange for a piece you would like better. Postage is not included*

Free Sizing

Fingers sometimes decide that they want to be different sizes at different times of day, I totally get it! At Urban Alchemy, your first resize is free*

*Subsequent resizes are $35 plus postage.

Some rings are more challenging to resize, so if your ring has a stone, please allow 2-3 weeks for adjustments!
