All chains are delicate in nature and are easily cut off with wire cutters or scissors. If you have to or want to have your chain removed and want it a clasp put on instead, we can accommodate that options for a small fee.

An evermore chain can last months or years depending on your lifestyle and the chain you selected. Some chains are more delicate than others and some people are more active than others etc. Things break, life happens, but we are here to weld it back on for you or add a clasp if need be.

Again, life happens. We get it! The first chain repair is totally free of charge.

You can live your fun, active life with your new chain, however, due to the delicate nature of the chain it is subject to stretch or to break if it is pulled. I suggest that if you play contact sport or are moving furniture etc, that you use gauze tape to keep it in place while you do life!

This can be helped with a little toothpaste and soft toothbrush for cleaning if necessary.
